4. HARVEST

Once the fruit is dully matured, it´s ready to be harvested and delivered in Sugal Group plants. A healthy and perfectly matured tomato is crucial to the quality of the final product. The harvest is fully automatic and it´s scheduled in order to guarantee the shortest time possible between the time of harvesting and the industrial usage

Each lot will be delivered together with the farmer identification, field origin, tomato variety – which will be recorded in order we can guarantee full traceability from the field to the factory
