2. Nuseries

The seed variety is chosen according to the soil characteristics, weather conditions and final product specifications. Seeds are sown in a styrofoam or plastic trays with a capacity of approximately 400 plants.

To guarantee a faster and more homogeneous germination trays are placed in a sprouting camera for 48 hours.

During 5-7 weeks plant remains in the green-house to grow under controlled temperature and humidity conditions.

These plants will be transplanted to the fields.
