In June, when the EXAME magazine visited the factory located at Benavente, the atmosphere is calm, but soon, in the summer months, the plant fills up with people.

The approximately 500 workers are constantly running to transform in paste the tomato that arrives on trucks coming all over the Ribatejo fields.

One of the largest agribusiness companies in Portugal, with a turnover of around EUR 100 million. Turns about 550 tons of tomatoes per year and exports 90% of its production to almost all of Europe, from Ireland to the Urals. Also to Asia, where the main market is Japan.
